Im supposed to be playing in a golf outing on october 9th so ill for sure be out of the boot by then. I was wondering if playing in the golf outing will be possible? recovery is going great and i dont know what i expect to feel like by that time. i know im not going to be 100% obviously but i was wondering if even a non contact/ non running sport will be possible?

Hi Rita's. Sorry to hear you have now joined the boot club.!! I'm 14 1/2 weeks down the line and still not able to walk far without badly limping. Today is the first day I have been able to shuffle aids free, but not far. I still experience a lot of pain, the only thing that had Eased us the swelling. Wish you luck in your recovery. Sx

Hi, Don't rush, and don't put any expectations on yourself. That way you won't be too upset if things don't go as you plan. Good luck.
