Spot on my face, what does this look like?

If it has been there for some time and is firm its probably a colourless mole. If it never changes dont worry. They are quite common. They can be removed if it really bothers you for cosmetic reasons , and the best person for this is a plastic surgeon who can do a shave excision which will leave no mark.
If it becomes bigger, pink, possibly itchy, and tender it may be a cyst, but it doesnt look like one.
If it itches, bleeds, becomes crusty, weepy, grows in size or changes colour then see your doctor or a dermatologist ASAP. These are the warning signs for all lesions
