Hey I'm trying to get through to doctors but they have been engaged since 10 this morning my son is 2 years old and started coming down with something the other day temp ect I'm guessing sore throat as he wasn't eating and hardly talking but today he has woken up with spots all over his lips a couple in his cheek and I took a picture of inside of his mouth there all in there too and red with a red tounge does anybody know what this is he has not got temp now and seems well other then this but I have a sore throat myself so I'm guessing we have the same thing

    What you are describing could be tonsillitis but also could be measles. I would keep trying your doctor or failing that dial 111 which is a free call for medical advice and to where you are able to go with in your area.

    In the meantime do what you can and let us know how you get on.

      Thanks so much for your reply I knew exactly what the doctor was going to do got in the room a 5 second glance and he said he thinks it's some sort of imbtargo sorry really can not spell it lol he's has given antibiotics so will see how he gets on xx

      Hope all goes well stephx. But watch that the spots are not itchy. If they are use a thin solution of calamine lotion.
