I masturbate 2-3 times a week and everything has always been fine "down there". While using the restroom, I look down while wiping and notice red "spots" on my clitoris, that look like the top layer of skin has rubbed off. I've never had an STD, and wonder if maybe I masturbate too much? I only use my fingers, no toys. It doesn't hurt, burn, or itch. Thanks for reading.
