Spots on my penis , could anyone please help me understand , should I see a doctor? Am worried

So I noticed identical spots to this picture( found on google) on my penis' head, and I'm wondering what could it be , is it a friction or something ,Seemed like a blood blisters to me but idk , please anyone who might have knowledge about this may help me.

N.B: I never had sex with anyone

      Go to the store and get some Eucerin cream. But it on twice a day. Give your body a chance to get rid of them

      Yes that is possible. Just keep them clean and they will go away on there own...Ken

    See a doctor for your own peace of mind.

    No need for embarassment. Doctors see genitals every day. It's part of their job.
