Spots on my penis foreskin - should I be worried?

I've had the spots on my foreskin for a few years now.

Are these harmless or some particular form of an STD?

I am a bit worried as they have been there for quite a lot of years and also I haven't had sex in more than 2 years now.

They are only on the internal foreskin. Nothing on the actual head. They don't hurt or itch, although the skin does get sore when retracted and rubbed in clothes or my testicles, especially on the backside.

    Dear val,

    These are Fordyce spots, collections of prominent sebaceous (oil) glands. Harmless and not an STD. They don't need treatment.

    Any tips on how to decrease sensitivity on those areas (specifically the backside)?

    It gets quite sore when there is any form of friction.
