Spots on penis head

I've had these spots on my penis head for as long as i can remember, they are harmless and cause no irritation. curious as to what they could be? a very small amount of white puss (i assume thats what it was ) has come out in the past on the longer spot. are these normal? i am sexually active with my girlfriend and have had very few sexual partners. are these cause for concern and should i have them looked at, or is it just the natural look of my penis? imageimage
