Spots or rash?

i had unprotected sex about 3 months ago.

then found out she had been having unprotected sex with someone else.

with that concern i definitely checked myself and notices these weird spots on my shaft. i went to the doctor and he said that from his experience it didnt look like anything but to still get tested.

i got tested and everything was negative.

big relief but the spots were still there.

no maybe a week ago i notices a skin change again and now im just wondering if by pictures anybody can give me their opinion on what they think it might be...image

    it looks normal nothing at all. just dont trust anyone. you should always use protection. safety for yourself is the no.1 concern.
