Seems quite a few of them on back, neck and the three on the arm to be insect bites I thought, would of needed to be a swarm!

I suggested insect bites as they appear in the usual places for insects to bite. Have you been outside with no shirt on?Where are you in the world? If they are spreading you need to get in touch with your doctor but in the mean time try taking an antihistamine....one per day for 2 weeks. If no improvement after 3 days stop the medication and see/phone your doctor. If you can email a few pictures it may help to diagnose.

You can buy anti histamine medication in most supermarkets. Try one with Cetrizine as the active ingredient.

      Okay thanks

No I haven't been out with shirt off in last few days - too cold! I am in the UK. Don't seem to be spreading further, just red and itchy

Will try the antihistamine and see what happens

      Thanks

Allergic contact dermatitis is commonly seen with poison ivy, cosmetics, certain metals such as nickel, and medications that are applied to the skin. The skin rash of contact dermatitis can appear as red skin, skin bumps, blisters, scales, crusts, or sores
