Spots. Skin change, herpes? Hpv? Fungus?

i had unprotected sex about 3 months ago.
then found out she had been having unprotected sex with someone else.
with that concern i definitely checked myself and notices these weird spots on my shaft. i went to the doctor and he said that from his experience it didnt look like anything but to still get tested.
i got tested and everything was negative.
big relief but the spots were still there.
now maybe a week ago i notice a skin change again and now im just wondering if by pictures anybody can give me their opinion on what it can possibly be
Thank you!

So, you got tested and everything was negative: is this not result, game over? Why are you still unsure?
The human body has a host of imperfections right across it - why should you penis be any different???
I think you are worrying over nothing ..... (and yes I have seen your second set of pictures)
So you need to believe what the Doctor and the test results have told you .... !

youre right. i just noticed its spreading and it does get red after showers. im just worried over false negative results. and i know it doesnt look like warts or lesions but i didnt have it bafore so i guess i was just curious still to why it hasnt gone away. little white micro dots.
and what seems like extra wrinkle skin i didnt have before.
thanks for checking it out though.
very much appreciate it

... so, what a doctor will do on examining things like this is reach the immediate conclusion that these are something that are naturally present on the penis, then utter the words 'there is nothing to worry about'.
Getting an actual definition of what they actually are is not always straightforward - given the location, a slight majority of these will actually be Fordyce Spots, slightly less will be hair follicles that are not actually producing hair but are very prominent.
What has most likely happened is the skin in the area you are highlighting has been accidentally damaged, such as when you scratch without thinking about it, they may be Fordyce that have not developed in the same manner, as examples of what I mean.
If you want an exact diagnosis go see a Dermatologist that specialises in Genital Skin Conditions ....

i guess my concern at first was that it appeared after having unprotected sex BUT you are right i should trust test results and my doctor.

A yeast / fungal infection looks nothing like this - these are natural spots, they are most likely Fordyce Spots ....
