Hey ladies, just wondering if anyone has spotting/ light bleeding between periods? I am 53 and skipped 2 periods then about 10 days ago felt like i was going to have a heavy period, lots of cramps and hip, lower back pain but just had a very light period! Just very anxious!!

i hadnt had a period since the end of october then for about two weeks i spotted on and off wasnt constant i skipped a few days then it started back up it almost felt like a car sputtering it just never went into a period i counted it as spotting not a period...its so annoying i wear pads all the time because you never know.....it all is sooo annoying i just turned fifty this has been going on since i was 42 it came on very subtle not the symtpoms are full blown ighhh just know your not alone

yes i have that also! I feel our hormones are all over and they will eventually even all out. I just got my period and its been 3 months. It's very light and spotting right now. Your cycle will change a lot during the years leading up to final cycle. I hope that makes your mind at ease. 😃

oh and btw the spotting started at the end of Jan stopped for three days the started in the beginning of Feb....and nothing since...and hope it was the last one...lol wishful thinking

Hi brittay, i have had spotting since end December every day sometimes once or twice sometimes every time i go to the loo. I have Just finished a very heavy painful 8 day long period sever cramps worst i have experienced. I am very anxious and saw my GP had swabs to rule out infection and an examination all fine, so i now have an appointment with a gynecologist 6th March.Prior to Decembers period i skipped 2 periods. I am almost 48 and hating all this weird period carry on. x

i must of jinxed myself i started spotting again today i had severe cramping then pink when wiped ughhhh then nausea has followed all day so upsetting and annoying my breast are quite sore more so then the norm will keep you posted to see it i continue to spot or it will go into a period

Yes....yes....yes....spotting for up to six weeks, twice now....different schedule for starting of flow, skipping, having one last 1 day and then one heavy for 7. So many different possibilities. You are not alone.

well it certainly is a period i had to miss work because of it which i dont normally do but hadnt had a regular period since oct so heavy and crampy tho all of my life i have had bad cramps which sucks....i have been laying in bed all day and tomorrow will have to muster the energy to go out to dinner which i usually look forward too just not when i have a period....i am hoping this is my last one i go on vacation in about eight weeks so now idk what to expect will i go regular will i spot again according to my period app it has me at over a 100 days but a expected period in 65 days im so fed up i just want to feel like my old self again
