I was taking Sertraline and it caused longer and more painful and heavy periods. My GP said this cannot be the case as it would not do this but this had all only changed since going on Sertraline. With having a period every week nearly, the GP swapped me on to Citalopram. I started this 5 days ago and have had some spotting today. Does anyone know if this is normal and if anyone else has ever had these symptoms?
