Spotty rash and dry blotchy face

hi everyone

so I'm looking for a bin of advice.

I've been to very GP and he has given me antibiotics and antifungal cream as he suspects some kind of folliculitis.

the rash is on my arms, belly, shoulders and upper back. the rash itself looks like tiny little whitehead spots but grouped together quite close. the totally disappear when they are pressed. the rash has been present for 3 days now and doesn't seem to have gotten any better, just spread very slightly. it appeared literally over night along with really dry, flaky, red skin around my eyes and ears.

anyone ever had anything similar? thanks
