Sprained Ankle Wont Heal

I sprained my right ankle playing basketball pretty bad 3 years ago. I remember hearing a pop and having massive pain for while. After 3 years my symptoms are still here. Every time I try to play basketball at a competitive level pushing off hurts, quick turns hurts, and I haven't been able to get rom back at a preinjury level. I have been to multiple physical therapy sessions, had 5 x-rays, 1 ultrasound 3MRI, and ankle arthroscopy. Ankle surgery was for a possible ankle impingement diagnosis at the front of the ankle. After all that none of my symptoms changed. I'm not sure what to do next. The MRI always comes back negative plus the surgeon/doctors tell me the same thing. No one seems to have a solution that works. I was wondering has anybody been through this and any advice on what to do next

Joint is mechanic, normally ankle arthroscopy should find the cause. Can you still walk and jog? I did my ankle arthroscopy with microfracture to fix OCD. This is my week 11, and I feel my old symptoms are still there. Not sure the microfracture fixed the issue. Doc said based on pathology, it is OCD causing the symptoms because it is the only thing showing up on MRI. Of cause, week 11 is still too early, and I just started full weight bearing. I will keep you posted.
