HI has anyone took this if so how many sprays a day please

There are many vitamin D sprays on the market, very difficult for anyone to give you a response. Does it not give any indication on the packaging or instructions? Have you been told by your GP how deficient you are? (I think most people are deficient, some more severe than others) A low dose may not be enough to raise levels, a higher dose it may be beneficial to consider co-factors, magnesium, K2 etc.

at least 6000iu/week to maintain low levels. 10 000iu/week to maintain about avearge.
or...
15min sunbath twice a week around midday or 2min/week UVB sunbed tanning. Please consider skin cancer but such a short periods cause a low risk.
