Sprays and Turbinates.

Can overuse of Nasal Sprays cause swollen turbinates?

if so will cutting down then stopping use of them allow the turbinates to heal and or reduce down again?.

    Absolutely. I would cut down if I were you. I had the same issue and my dr has me using afrin and Flonase twice a day for nasal polyps. But I use to use it more than recommended. The easiest way to cut down is by spraying only one nostril and letting the other one heal for a few days. And then you should be able to stop using it slowly

    costeroid nasal sprays suppose to do the opposit. Unless you talking about decongestant sprays, which can cause rebound effect. 

    Could you specify a little bit more?
