Spreading rash

hi this rash has progressivly gotten worse over the last week its not itchy at all and is spreading quite fast image

    been getting this for over a year now myself but lower down, mine is around waistline and lower flanks. been to counltless dermos, no answers and still continues, they take months to subside aswell.

      does it get to a certain point or does it just keep spreading?
