Squeezed a mole

Yesterday I saw little pimple on my lower back , and it was just tan , I couldnt see if it was a mole for sure. I was straching it and squeezed it and only blood came out with little liquid. It is very painful now so I think it was a little mole because it hurt so much?ingrown hair? its not big at all but a bit raised and now painful to touch. Should i be worried its melanoma or something ? or am i just being paranoid. Thanks:)

    hey if was a mole it wont cause no harm just let it heal i caught one of mine on my bra strap and ripped it off and it just healed fine

    Leave it alone for a couple of weeks....dont touch or pick at it.Its probably just a spot.If,after 2 weeks it starts to itch or bleed then see your doctor. Do you have a friend /partner who can take a look at it and give their opinion?
