Squeezing feeling in penis and constant spilt stream urine.

I have been suffering with the same symptoms for nearly three years. I have this constant squeezing feeling in my penis and my urine comes out in two split streams, after peeing sometimes a little sore on the tip. I have had many urine test and blood tests for uti and Sti all came back negative. I have had ultrasound, cystoscopy and prostate examination. but found nothing. I changed my diet as recommended by urologist but didn't change symptoms. the last couple of months I get tight feeling in my lower stomach which comes and goes, and also can sometimes feel discomfort when sitting down on the anus( not sure if these are linked to the other symptoms?) I have had stool tests and blood test they were also negative. but really having enough of this discomfort feeling in the penis . I been referred back to the urologist but not feeling hopeful for a breakthrough.
