Squishy painless bartholin cyst - NEED ADVICE!

Hi guys!
This is my third bartholin cyst I've gotten within a year and a half. The first two were absolutely TERRIBLE! I've had them lanced and had a catheter put in. I was hoping after getting the catheter, it would drain completely, but here we are again...I was terrified and broke down crying after realizing it returned. At least this time I know what triggers them, for me at least. Dry sex is the cause of mine. I know a lot of women are confused why they get them, so that's just my reasoning, and maybe it resonates with you too.
This time I took action immediately after I noticed a lump. I took my sitz baths, warm compresses, and masks, and HALLELUJAH it was the first time I've had a painless cyst (let me know if you guys want the recipes for the baths, warm compresses, and masks! I'm happy to help!) No inflammation, no pain, no infection! But here is what I need advice on:
Does anybody know what I should do if there's no infection or whitehead? It's just a painless squishy lump I've had for a month now and I don't know what to do with it. Should i keep taking my baths and other steps? It looks like the size of a pistachio but also has a small lump on it that looks like a forming white head but is just purple? I feel defeated, I thought it would go away by now, but it's still here and I really don't want to get it cut again. I want to find natural remedy that works so I can feel like i can conquer this! Please help!

Sorry to hear another person has fallen foul of these horrible things!
Sad to say I don't have any suggestions that I can say have worked for me, but can give general advice about keeping the area comfortable. I have been advised by gynaes I've seen to ditch soap and only wash with emollient, if you think dryness might be a root cause that might be something to try? (cotton knickers only, wear none at night, try and avoid wearing nylon tights etc - same advice as for thrush really and probably not anything you're not aware of!)
Loads of people on the forum recommend taking silica complex as working wonders but it didn't really work for me.
I'd like to know how you make a compress. I find it such a faff and goes cold almost immediately that it never feels like I'm getting any benefit from it. Plus my cyst is so deep and a good couple of inches away from the puncture wound that it feels a pointless exercise.
I hope you get some relief from this soon.... good luck.
