I'm currently tapering under professional care. Taper is very low and slow. So far so good after 2 dosage drops. Prior attempts on usual doctor protocol or on my own were disasterous. If there's an interest in this forum for me to give more detail, let me know. i know there's not a lot of successful info from long term users reducing with goal of total stopping.

hi lisa. there are a few people struggling with withdrawals who are posting on the ZOLOFT positive support page on facebook who would really welcome any input from you. that would be super helpful

very interested in how you did this/who you saw/dosage drops/any withdrawal. I've been on this medication 200mg a day for 4 years and considering coming off. I've been told if its not broke dont fix it but at the same time I do not want to be dependent upon medication forever.
