Any thoughts, experiences or comments welcome?
Feel like I've got a constant, variable injection of negative adrenaline running through me. Variable degrees of anxiety over almost everything.
Have tried 40mg Citalopram for 3 months and 40mg Propranolol 3 times a day, but still anxious.

three months is still early days .plus a high dose of 40 at times makes you feel worst .ask your doctor to adjust your dosage if you are still feeling horrible.

My dose went up to 40mg a month ago, so I thought I would be feeling better by now.
