I don't know where your are, but if in doubt come to the heart hospital is what my husband was told.

He has a serious heart failure, his specialist has told us both we are getting very good about keeping him alive, recognising an issue before it becomes critical, that has happened five times now, in the last 7 years, last time it seemed to be because of a virus, not diagnosed exactly what, but he was a very sick because of his underlying heart conditions.

?Dr's have said to me they would be delighted to diagnose a bad dose of indigestion rather than have him drop dead on the floor at home, that comes from a very senior cardiologist consultant, so if you get told otherwise, ignore them, go to the hospital and tell them your story.
