Stable Angina undiagnosed????

I have done a lot of research and believe my symptoms are perfect examples of "stable angina". I have been to two cardiac specialists, a pulmonary specialist, had all sorts of tests, but no-one has mentioned "stable angina". I have been told there is no problem with my heart, arteries, lungs etc. Is it possible to have the symptoms but for nothing to show up on any tests?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
