Stapadectimy

hi all, has anyone ever had a stapadectimy. I had one 24 years ago and it comes loose it makes me dizzy. My Dr wanted to do exploratory surgery but told me if he takes it out I would go deaf. I chose not too.my tinnitus gets so bad when it comes loose. Right now it’s horrible. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

    Do you get ringing and crawling sensation in your ear as well as deafness comes and go in both ears do you loose balance and have virtigo issues with spinning sensation if you do than this is what i experience and i am thinking i should see if i can get surgery on my ears, the losing of your hearing permently would be hard to rap your head around thou i think you need too weigh your options and i think it's a personal answer on ehat you have had enough on putting up with these i believe you need to ask yourself before going ahead witb your decision

    I was told if the docs cut the nerve to stop the vertigo, that it is possible I will still have the horrible TINNITUS. I would rather go deaf I think..
