i started back on cetalopram last week 10mg after not being on it for 10 months.
my anxiaty is so bad right now racing mind cant sleep think i need to increase my dose to 20mg which i were on for 5 years. can i just start the 20mg this morning?

Your doc prob started you on 10mg just to go easy on you to start off, after 2 weeks they usually increase to 20mg if required. If you feel comfortable going to 20mg then you should reach out to your doc and tell them first.. It also could get worse before better with that increase too, when you talk to your doc maybe ask for something to help with side effects too..
