started as a couple bumps on penis head, now it’s worse. Pics included

A little over a week ago my penis looked normal. (I had had penile discharge since Feburary popped up seemingly out of nowhere. Has several series of tests of every STD/STI you can do at my clinic, all tests negative(even got presumptively treated for Chlamydia and Gohnoria. They referred me to an actual doctor, actual doctor prescribed me a very strong Azithromiacin dose, still had discharge, got refered to a urologist and he did his tests and again still could find no answer about what was causing it. He said there’s not a cause sometimes and if it’s not hurting nothing besides a discharge then I shouldn’t worry. So I didn’t.)

Fast forward to about Monday last week, my penis was looking normal and healthy I shower and clean every single morning, I did however switch body washes this day(I used Old Spice Fiji for the last 2 years, and I bought Old Spice Shea Butter and started using it.) Come the next day (Tuesday)I had two tiny bumps on my penis tip. I put some triple antibiotic on it. Didn’t help if anything it agitated the bumps and actually made them bigger. The next day I started having a pain whenever I squeezed or tapped on my urethra. I kept using the body wash though and there appeared to be a almost rashes and more bumps(again on my penis area.) No itching, burning while urinating however. Yesterday I went to the STD doctor to get tested for everything they offer. I’m freaking out thinking it’s Herpes. Nurse came in and looked at the area and asked me questions, yes I’d been sexually active and I’d had sex with a woman a few weeks ago unprotected. She asked if I had switched body soaps, she looked at my area and she recommended getting tested got herpes but she was leaning more towards the fact that she thinks it’s a breakout to the new body wash. I went to Walmart and then bought a extra sensitive dove bar of soap and my old body wash took a shower and then afterwards put hydrocortisone cream on it. I came home from work about 30 minutes ago and looked at my area to put more cream on it and it seems to have broken out into more bumps and rashes. My urethra is still inflamed, and it does sting a little to urinate, and there’s rashes but never itches or burned and I don’t even feel the bumps whenever I’m not touching it. The bumps do not seem like blisters and they don’t have clear looking puss inside.

Still waiting on the results from all of my tests and I’ll keep everyone updated. I just can’t find anything similar to what I have so maybe it is just an sensitivity reaction to the new soap I’ve been using. I just want to have someone else’s opinion and hopfully have some good feedback so I don’t have an anxiety attack. I don’t herpes(can’t think of anyone that would.) but I’m honestly hoping if it is something it’s Chlamydia. Or something curable with a round of antibiotics.
