So I talked to the doctor , he reduced to 25mg daily, I've been on it for the last 10 days and I have good and bad days , today it's just a really bad day, can't handle my anxiety while I'm at work

That seems like a really low dose.
I started at 50 mg and was raised to 100 mg, but it took me a while to get settled.
It's been about 6 months, and I'm much better.
