Hi everyone, been reading your posts so thought i would register.

I started taking orlistat last monday so its been one week now. Ive lost around 4lb. Ive cut out all junk totally from my diet so now chocolate, crips, cakes or biscuits.  I am junkoholic but its been a good weak havnt craved anything and also stopped diet coke which i used to drink 6-8 cans a day.

Ive noticed for the last few days im really constipated, is this normal?

also i dont know if Ive lost weight due to the tablets or cutting the junk?? last few days ive not had any side effects either so i feel im doing something wrong.

Please guide- also im not sue what i should actually be eating.  Should i be cutting carbs?

Hi hun if you had oily stools at the beginning it was probably fat in your diet before you started them you sound like your managing well and making changes fill yourself up with plenty of veg and fruit it will help with constipation even some fibregel or some extra fibra willhelp xx
