The problem I have is when I go to the toilet to urinate, sometimes it's a heavy stream and there are times I feel I'm bursting and it ends up a small trickle. Then I'll walk away. Moments later I have found that I've wet myself. This has been going on the last few weeks. I don't understand why.
My drinks during the day hasn't changed. Its puzzling

Sounds like it could be your prostate causing this. See your GP there are medicines than can help

Its your prostate, feeling weak. A strong prostate, supports vagina and penis pee and other fluid streams.
