Started with Lymphocele- Cracks and redness (thickness changes) Early cancer?

I got a lymphocele from aggressive sexual activity like 8 months ago, it was a big white bump that formed after an aggressive session. I went abstinent for 2 weeks and the white spot went away- but There has always been the remnants of a circle bump that sticks out. months later it seems to be spreading up to my glans- or I have 2 different issues with the cracks and red spots. It hurts lightly- nothing crazy, but it can sting with erections and stimulation. could this be an early cancer? or a wart.
