Today has been worst day so far, have managed some food and tried to keep fluid levels up. Guessed it wouldn't be easy. This forum does help.

Not being able to eat causes me more anxiety so what i did was make sure i ate 3 meals and 2 snacks a day to keep blood sugars level. Try bland food or food that you have fond childhood memories of. Are you taking your dose with food? i make sure to eat before i take mine.

hi how are you doing now? I was put on citalopram for anxiety about 2 months ago, on the third day I had a massive panic attack where i collapsed and I actually thought that i was dying, it was so scary! I even made my mum call an ambulance! straight after that I stopped the tablets because it scared me so much!
last week my anxiety got worse and I even had panic attacks at work which has never happened to me before! so monday i went to the doctors and they prescribed me sertraline to see if it reacts better with me. After lots of thinking i finally decided to take it last night. I took it at 9pm and woke up at 3am suddenly, was so strange! I felt fuzzy, sick, dizzy, metallic taste in mouth, disorientated, i also felt like this hot sensation in my chest back and throat almost like I was burning, it was awful! I was up until about 7am and then i managed to drift back to sleep for a few hours, HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST 😦 I have health anxiety as it is and at the moment its just making me feel scared, but there is one positive, as the symptoms from last night have slightly warn off, I do feel a slight sense of calmness but unsure if thats just because im relieved? haha
