Starting St.John Wort while still on low dose of Mirt?

Hi, I am currently tapering off Mirt & am now down to 3.75mg, I was wondering if it was safe to start St.John Wort for my mood while still on a low dose of Mirt or do I have to wait until I am completely off?

    I was told I can come off mert quickly by pharmacist but I tapered slowly anyway after reading this forum.

    I'm on st John's wort but doesnt do anything for my mood. Infact it says on the packet do not use if you suffer from depression

      janey... really? I believe you but that's odd because that's one reason why people take St. John's Wort... for depression.
