Starting today... advice needed!

Been prescribed Sertraline this morning after a consultation with my doctor - because I've been suffering from anxiety. I've previously taken Citalopram (til Sept 22) but she thought Sertraline might be more suitable this time as I have not got low mood, just anxiety (dizziness, tummy ache, racing heart etc).

I've been prescribed 50mg a day as a starting dose - is this normal as I see some are on 25mg? What side effects should I prepare myself for and how can I counter them?
