Still waiting for morning fear and anxiety to go away; no appetite; mild nausea. Praying this will eventually work for my anxiety. Really appreciate this support group.

Hello again
How are you doing?
"Morning horror?" will go away gradually but 4th week is still an early stage. But you tried so hard for almost 4 weeks.... please try to stick to it. It'll worth it.
FLUOXETINE is really a slow activating med. But once it kicks in, it works. i took it before.
I had so many uncomfortable side effects but i had no "nausea"Please ask your doc about it.

thank you- very encouraging. its more of a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach than nausea. more like a very anxious stomach.

HI
When we are very anxious, i think it tends to affect our stomach. While my condition was awful and FLU caused me side effects, i was very anxious.
i ate a bit of sweet as soon as i woke up. Actually, strangely ? it helped me. i also took a bath when i got up.
I have no more problem in my sleep or eating now.
PLEASE be patient!!!!!!!!!!
Side effects eventually will be gone with reduced amount of anxiety.

It passes - really. I know exactly how you're feeling, and also that fear-panic feeling of "will it work for me". It does. My appetite is back now, and I have almost zero side effects. No waking up sweating in the middle of the night, no shaky hands... it passes. I'm going into week 15 and can not believe the difference this medication has made, And when it passes it'll be worth the wait. Hang in there - and keep reaching out as often as you need to. This phase passes.
