Starting week 5 post op - still have spotting & some pain, is this normal?

Hello! I am 43 and had a laparoscopic hysterectomy exactly 4 weeks ago today. All but left ovary removed. So overall I think I'm recovering ok. There are days where I know I've probably done more than I should have.
Just a few symptoms I'd like to share if others have had similar around 4 weeks, and going on 5th week, I'd love to know if this is normal.
- Still have some pain near incision by belly button
- Internal pain (feels like near area that's stitched inside)
- Leg cramps from time to time
- Spotting - still wearing pantiliners daily
- Still can't sleep on side at night - discomfort in stomach area
So mainly just want to know if others have experienced these symptoms 4 weeks after and is the spotting normal? Never had gushes of blood at all thankfully but light spotting which requires me to change a pantiliner a few times a day. If you can provide feedback on the other symptoms I'm experiencing, would appreciate it too! I know we all heal differently so I understand but just want to see if I'm in a "normal" category.

hello
I had my hys done vaginally and only had cramps for a few days. I think the pain you feel us from where they placed the ports inside you and stitched up inside.
light spotting is common fir up to 6 weeks but mine stopped after a week or so.
I had the discomfort sleeping when I had my lap surgery for gallbladder domi think it's just where the 3 ports were to see inside during surgery.
didn't have leg cramps but if yiu keep moving yiur legs while resting it will keep circulation going.
we all differ so much with these surgeries but it sounds yiu are doing well hun. if you are concerned about anything go back to gp to get checked.
