Statistically underaverage penis size, pooling in information

Hi, I am a 16 year old boy and I am concerned with the size of my penis is and fear it won't grow more. It has not grown much during puberty. My flacid length is just slightly over 2 inches, while my erect length is slightly over 4. I know from many sources and just observation in the locker room that the average adult length is 5-6 inches for an adult, and I am still a teen. However, most of my friends have finished growing and have an expected size while mine hardly shows any growth at all. Can anybody please tell me information such as if I can still have room for it to grow, or there is any kind of natural/semi-natural method of helping with increasing growth, or any other more extreme method of increasing size with its risks. Also I don't want to hear size doesn't matter. I just want to be within the average size rather than having tiny penis. Also I dont want to hear about phony methods such as extenders or pumps.

You're only 16, so you haven't finished with puberty yet, and your penis carries on growing after that anyway.

If you google "when does penis stop growing", there's a good NHS article which says the following:

"Each penis is unique and boys develop at different ages and rates. During puberty, usually between the ages of 11 and 18, the penis and testicles develop more rapidly, although the penis doesn't stop growing until the age of 21."

It also has a link to another article about "penis enlargement treatments", explaining that most of them simply don't work, and some of them can be dangerous.

Even if your erect size stays at 4", that wouldn't count as a tiny penis, and whether you want to hear it or not, penis size isn't as much of a deal as most people think.  If you google "The man taught to have sex by lesbians", there's an interesting article about someone making the point that you don't even need a penis at all.

Thank you for the response. I have never been interested in these extreme methods such as surgery. There is alot of bs out there about scam methods so it is difficult to find what is reality so that is why I came here. I wasn't sure if anything besides supplements (if even) could work.

Im glad to hear I still have time to grow naturally.

Do you know what bothers you most if it eventually turns out that your penis stays small? If it's comparison in the locker-room or schoolboy teasing, I'm sure this will stop in the adult world where men are usually more respectful of each others' privacy.

If it's whether you will give pleasure to a partner, ml66uk's reply has a lot of merit. Women's anatomy has far more sensitive pleasure receptors in the clitoris than in the vagina, though it would depend on the partner how much deep thrusting is desired during intercourse. Male partners would possibly be grateful for less bulk in their backside! If it's about fertility, rest assured that as long as everything else in your reproductive system is working, you will be able to father children.

    I'm assuming that self-pleasuring isn't a problem.

Even those of us who are more average in our dimensions had anxieties about size at your age. Most men find that when they become sexually active with partner(s) and everything works as expected, size becomes a non-issue.

I really sympathise with your concerns, but I'm sure they are unfounded in reality.

I mentioned the locker room to show my observations of others and the sizes of others. Actually people have not mentioned mine to me, it has just been a concern of mine recently. Thank you for the feedback.

    Hi

yours is perfectly normal. Mine can almost disappear sometimes with a length of just over an inch to an erectile

    Length of around 5.

It's changed as I 've gotten older but not much...and whilst there are surgical

Methods, I d steer clear as these could either damage the quality of erections or disappear through time e.g. in procedures to increase girth.

Yeah surgery does sound extreme and dangerous. Ive already repeatedly heard that over the next few years I could have a shot to continue to grow, so I think that would be my best bet.

Are your testicles growing bigger or are they small. It makes a big difference because if they are not growing you may have a genetic disorder. If you are concerned ask a doctor to do a blood test called a karotype looking for 47xxy.

Otherwise, you may grow more length as time goes on. You are still young. I have heard from a friend that at 18, he started to grow longer in his penis size and girth size.

But everyone worries about penis size at 16.

I am a xxy male and when I am soft I am only 2 inches in length but when erect I have a 4 inch and girth is around 4 inches.

I am over 65 years old, and nothing could increase my penis size except testosterone and my body doesn't produce much at 34. Average testosterone levels are over 300.

If you are lacking testosterone that may increase size but only by a prescription. Another medication is human growth hormone but that is given only in extreme cases also by prescription.

Only a doctor can determine if you are on the small size.

    I am not a doctor.

I hope this information helps you, even if you are still young.

Yes, the testicles are growing. I have been tested and have a varicocele, but I dont believe that should change anything. Everyone is saying there is still time so that answers my question.
