Can you get an STD if you had been inactive for four years? And the only thing you did recently is oral sex. Vagina feels itchy, there's a smelly milky discharge and there is mass around the vaginal opening. What could that be?

    Many stds can go undiagnosed and can live with out detection in the body.

    If you had a full std screen including hsv post your last relationship I think would will be okay.

    Could be a thrush/yeast infection you are talking about.

    Some masses at the vagina opening can be cysts. If it’s abnormal and you haven’t noticed it before I would suggest getting it looked at.

    you could have a std from 4 years ago things like chlamydia and gonno can lay dormant with no symptoms at all some people dont know they have them until they go for a routine pap or they start experiencing problems spots in the vagina or around the skin of the vagina could be caused by many things from shaving and benign skin conditions to some stds like herpes or warts the best thing to do is like the person above said visit your doctor for a full std check any lumps bumps u havnt noticed before or are new need looking at by a doctor
