STD or Overreacting? - photo warning

So i haven't had sex in over half a year, i met a guy a little bit ago and we decided to have sex. This was about a week ago. I have had a little bit of discomfort on and off for the past week and its a sensation i have felt before. Ive never had a UTI or a yeast infection so i was talking to my coworker about it today and she mentioned i should "take a look" when i got home. So in looking, it obviously looks a little different than it would if i were "in the mood" but in being paranoid i looked more vigorously and happened across a bumpy area and now i am kind of panicking. I have no clue what this could be and I don't really have the time to take off of work for another doctor appointment especially if it ends up being nothing.

With the picture below, you can see it decently but where the arrow is, that area has a bumpy texture and that is what's scaring me.
