Std? Sti? Uti? Please help

So my boyfriend & I had unprotected sex on the 8th & 9th of this month. We also did anal for my first time. I took plan B also. This past tuesday I felt a random throbbing pain in my vagina. Then had a high fever saturday & started experiencing pain when urinating. Ive never had a UTI before so i assumed it was that. I started taking antibiotics for a Uti, yesterday. Ive been having pain in my ass but cant tell if its because i just did anal for the first time or not. I noticed a couple bumps underneath my skin (kind like boils but you cant see them) near my vaginal opening. I also noticed a small bump on the hood of my clit. My clit hurts is sore when i touch it. I continued using my vibrator & masturbating up until yesterday so it could be irritation but Im also scared it could be an std because after telling my boyfriend about my pain he said he had cheated a few weeks ago. He said hes unsure if she had anything & that he has no symptoms but Im still worried because men can be carriers. Please help! Called by gyno & she said to wait till im done with my antibiotics for a uti first before coming in & getting checked out

SO SORRY for your suffering. Glad you have reached out and also that you have the knowledge about your boyfriend being with someone else. Hopefully you can get in soon with GYN doc. Been through a cheating situation myself and was given Chlamydia- very treatable with antibiotics. Also many have us have been given hsv (herpes virus) and while its painful and difficult if recurring often its not the end of the world.

I hope you get relief soon. One note on the anal thing; highly recommend condoms for that if those werent used not only to prevent transmission of hiv and other things but because its very easy way to spread fecal bacteria-showers wont remove the bacteria and your rectum/gi tract is cultured differently than your vagina and ofcourse urethra/bladder which is sterile-just wanted to add that in case you didnt know. IF you picked up herpes (hsv) taking a picture with good lighting is a great idea in case it resolves before you get seen by the doctor.

    best of luck!!!

Hate to say it but could be an std. You should never have unprotected sex. Go and get checked out asap.
