Itssues , I'm new here hope all is well. Due to autoimmune disorder that affected my eye cells/tissues, I ve now been diagnosed with Pthisis bulbi, which is end stage eye. I wanted to know if ste m cell can regenerate tissue that are wasting away? Thanks

That is an enormously complicated question for this site and probably the answer is no. You would need to contact a top class OPhthalmologist with knowledge of this procedure...if it even exists for this condition.
There would be so many factors to take into account.
Discuss it with the ophthalmologist who is treating you at the moment.
