I am really new to this, I have never joined a support forum before. I was diagnosed with Cirrohsis that is at the compensated stage. i am a 35 year old female and have abused alcohol big time in the past, I stopped in January 2017. I only found out on Monday after having an ultrasound last week. I guess I am just wondering of anyone has any experience of the compensated liver cirrohsis and what I can do to help with the tiredness and pain in my abdomen. My doctor said I need to eat healthily and stop smoking and is writing to a liver specialist. I am so scared as I am a single parent to a 7 year old girl.

I think infection is the biggest problem. Usually pain dies down by itself over time. I think you should speak to your GP about options and visit a health store.
