Stepping away from forums a little!

ive made the decision to step away from forums a little, dont get me wrong this forum is a godsend, and has helped me many times, but i think it can become an unhealthy obsession if you spend too long reading about your problems, it then starts feeding your anxiety! and just because one person is still struggling in their 50s 60s 70s or 80s doesnt mean you will, we are all individual. to be honest i have other problems, like fibroids, endometriosis (possibly in chest and ribs too) a lung nodule, allergies to almost everything etc etc, this is something we all have to get through (i know we have it bad) constantly focusing on it isnt going to help, if it lasts a year or twenty i dont want to look back and think wow all that time spent reading forums, i would rather watch dvds, funny clips on you tube and focus on what i can still do, instead of what i cant (right now) sending gentle hugs to all of you ❤ i will still check in once a week xx

hey Toria,
I totally agree. I watched Shirley Ballas today on Good morning Britain. She was asked how does she cope with all her health scares. She replied she doesn't think about it and keeps herself busy and doesn't dwell on it. Whatever it is she cont do anything about it apart from enjoy every day and rest is out of her hands.
Always here for you ❤

hey Toria,
how are you? I just wanted to ask you have you ever had brown pinky reddy discharge after sex? I had a smear 3 weeks ago and the nurse said your cervix is bleeding which is normal. Then I had brown discharge afterwards for 2 days. Then I had sex 3 days ago after 3 months! I had slight bleeding but mainly brown discharge still got it slightly today!
I've googled and it could be 2 things! so I'm panicking as a clear smear doesn't always mean you don't Cervical C!
Another worry now! making a drs appointment

oooops sorry Vivian I've got major fog brain too!!!
thanks I actually got a Drs appointment straight away today. She said she's not worried as smear is clear but I said they are not 100%! she checked my cervix all normal. Took some swabs for infection and has referred me for another scan and then gynecologist!
Glad I saw her today as she's put my mind at ease.
I didn't bleed when she did the internal examination. No heavy discharge so far. Not sure what's going on!
thanks sooo much for putting my mind at ease.

mines is just my left breast! it kills! had this 2 years ago hence being referred to the breast clinic and I've seen perimenopause causes breast pain! 😳
Yes the coil does as my best friend had it taken out and her periods are all over the place since taking it out. It took 9 months for her periods to come back regularly
