sticky foreskin

hey guys, i am 21 and i have not been cleaning my foreskin actively before and now things i discovered are that i had lot of visible smegma on top which i got rid of and some stickiness and sensitivity on glans head , of which sensitivity is not concern anymore and also i applied coconut oil for smoothing when stickiness was found but i thought that it's very high time to stop rellying on coconut oil so after i stopped using foreskin was again sticky after 2 days and i got worried and started cleaning it and used soap to clean and so much whitish smegma type thing came off and foreskin was very dry as i applied soap multiple times then i stopped using soap as i read that it is not good for glans natural bacteria and after now finally my foreskin is not as much tight but still very sticky and when i wash smegma deposit can be seen but are not coming off with one time wash per day

my main concern is with stickiness maybe by smegma layer on my glans and foreskin and my goal is to achieve loose foreskin to glide smoothly

q- do i need to wash multiple times a day or stick with single washing per day?

Please help! any effective solutions will be much appreciated!

You can wash as many times as you want. For most guys, soap is ok if applied in small amounts and rinsed off soon after. Like leather it up in your hands first.

    Dm if you prefer.

    hello,

it sounds like you have phimosis. i had this myself and always wondered why the foreskin would 'stick'.

it takes a long time to fix as an adult, but retract your foreskin back as far as you can without pain every day, clean, dry, and repeat.

it took me a year before i was able to do this with ease when soft and longer when erect.

    good luck

i had really deep smegma that wouldnt come off too. it took me weeks of cleaning in the bath a bit at a time. i just used my thumb and carefully rubbed a bit at a time. itll hurt less inder warm water.

be gentle and stick with it.

thank you so much, i was really depressed about it , does cleaning routine helped your skin to become loose or any other things that also worked like in my case i used coconut oil that helped me to avoid the skin to stick but cleaning becomes a challenge there ,

one more thing is only water enough or a little soap daily along with it?

      thanks again!

      no problem.

i only used water as i suffered from contact dermititis when using soap or creams
