Stiff white bumps on my vulva?

I've had these bumps on my vulva for a few weeks now. They're white and stiff. I can extract them,and what comes out and a fleshy mass that isn't full of pus or anything. Seems to just be tissue. I dont think they're milia because milia are hard to remove but these are pretty easy. the spot bleeds more than a pimple once extract them or if I nick the bump while shaving. They dont itch or hurt. I'm not sure what to do or what they could be and I'm scared. help?
