I've been suffering with sleep depreviation as well (7 weeks) and really can sympathesize with you. I have recently had a breakthrough with some natural remedies. First, drinking 2 8oz glasses of tart cherry juice (one in AM/one in PM hour before bed). It has to be tart cherry juice--research has proven it contains natural melatonin and aides in sleep. Also, I have started drinking a cup of warm milk with honey when I go to bed. I'm not a milk drinker but was willing to give it a dry. I've slept soundly and for 6-7 hrs straight since starting this routine. Give it a try (at least the milk). I hope it helps you relax and get a decent night's sleep--so important to our healing process. I should also tell you that I have taken myself off of caffeine and do not nap during the day.
Sweet dreams (fingers crossed)

nice thought but I have dairy intolerance so cannot drink milk. Have tried everything in my time, I can cope with no sleep when I'm well.
I tried to nap today cos so tired, lay down and was wide awake!!
hey ho. I will get there. Hope you're having sweet dreams
