Still Don't understand

Hi. So I ended up in ER with pain on upper right abdomen. CT scan, ultrasound, x-rays were done and all normal with the exception of Alt and Ast blood tests elevated. Still don't know why pain and nausea comes and goes. Waiting to see specialist but don't know what else they will do. I'm glad pain isn't happening now, I have fatty liver but Dr says it's not enlarged. Still trying to figure this out. Any suggestions?

      I haven't had any constipation. Also when I have gas, it tends to also hurt or I feel the gas on upper right side as well. Smh

      Gas can also be an IBS symptom too although pain tends to move about your stomach rather than focus on one particular place.

      Yes, I understand. Dr wants me to repeat labs and she's checking for hepatitis which I don't think that's even possible. Guess it's a waiting game.

      One of my doctors wanted to repeat all my tests as well.  I was very down about this and apprehensive but out of the blue another doctor told me this was unecessary and diagnosed me with IBS.
