Ok so 2 months ago I had smoked some weed out of a pipe and I had a bad panic attack and very paranoid. Now ever since my last time smoking and that panic attack I had I still feel like something is still wrong with me mentally I feel like I can't feel emotions deeply I feel like I can't feel empathy for other people. And to me it feels like I'm always being quite and I never talk like how I used it jist feels like it's forced like i have to force myself to talk I'm even more quite by myself. What is the problems with me why am I still feeling like something is wrong wit me mentally?? I'm worried I might be devoloping a mental disorder I'm only 16.

Hey, dont worry. I had the same problem years ago. Twice. Both times weed. I know exactly how you feel, for me it lasted aprox half a year each time. We just need to avoid weed, thats my solution. For some people when anxious, weed relaxes them, but for others, like us it makes us paranoid and panicky. Both reactions are normal. You are currently just recovering from a panic attack, nothing else. Try to stay calm and dont worry, you will come back to your old self again.

Hey! I also had this too last year. I smoked weed with some friends and I had a MAJOR panic attack and so did my friend (she also has anxiety). It was s**t and the next day I felt like this too and it literally lasted about a month for both of us. I felt like I was floating and I also had trouble concentrating and I thought I had developed phsycosis or damaged my brain but eventually it went away. So try not to think much into it, because you’ll go back to your normal self. Believe me I’ve been in your place and maybe the reason you’re lasting longer with these feelings is because you’re thinking too much into it. I know its annoying but try to distract yourself ❤️ Weed can only trigger panic attacks and you’re just recovering from your experience.

    Hi Antoine,

It sounds like you are suffering from anxiety. Anything or nothing can bring on anxiety, unfortunately. Please go see your doctor. The sooner you get help, the sooner you will get better. They say the longer you wait to get treated, the more difficult the anxiety becomes to treat.

I know you are scared. It will be okay. Talk to a friend or family member about how you are feeling. It will help to talk.  ((HUGS))
