Still feeling bloated

Im 27 and was diagnosed October last year. I have stuck to the gluten free diet and the stomach pain and wind has gone but my stomach still feels bloated. I eat clean healthy foods and exercise so I dont know why it still sticks out. Have other people had this problem and will it go or is it just something I will have from being undiagnosed for many years. Thanks for any information given.

Yes I found out I had an intolerance to cows milk so I stick to goats or soya now. I had an intolerance test done before I was diagnosed coeliac so there are a few things I had to cut out which I have done. Hopefully it will stop and one day ill have a flat stomach smile

I am Coeliac and still get bloated even on gluten free bread Lucy!  I tend to eat a couple of gluten free ginger biscuits when suffering...or take a probiotic...both help!  If I cut out bread altogether it is better....but crackers are not always filling enough!  So I have one Juvela GF bread roll a day - no more, and can put up with it!  I like these rolls best as the high fibre ones are most filling.

Have you tried taking a charcoal tablet after eating.i find it stops me filling up with gas after eating bread and meat as that also affects me.
