Still feeling shattered

Having recently been diagnosed with PA, I have had my first 6boosters recently and need to have a jab monthly. What concerns me most is that I still feel totally fatigued. Is this normal? It's almost a month now since my 6 boosters and can't wait to get my monthly 'fix' next week as I feel like I have done an royal marine assault course.

Whilst the medical world had played this condition down as being very common, I was not prepared just what a dramatic effect this ailment would cause as I am now deeply concerned for my job because of the symptoms.

    Hello Chloe

Just to add that I subscribe to Ian's view about folic acid which will assist the retention of the B12

Hi Caroline, so sorry to hear about your chest/shoulder blade pains. Have they ever done any investigation of your oesophagus? I've been rushed to A&E in the past for this kind of pain, and it proved to be oesophageal spasm. Caused by acid reflux, this makes the oesophagus go into spasms, which can be very painful indeed. Often those of us with PA are subject to stomach acid problems, either too low or too high. Good luck with everything, hope you soon get things sorted and begin to feel better.
